Brethren this month I would like to focus on the MSANA and its importance to
Freemasonry. MSANA (Masonic Service Association of North America) is an
organization that focuses on hospital visits, education, statistics, and disaster
relief. President Truman a Brother described this organization as “Essential to
the lives of Freemasons and their families”. It is one of the six organizations
mandated by the Constitutions and Bylaws of the Grand Lodge of New Jersey.
Canada was unanimously voted into MSA in 1996 thus becoming MSANA.
Disaster Relief seems to be becoming more prevalent in recent years. We as
Masons play an important role in our effort to aid those who have been
affected by any such travesty. Our efforts will continue to be duly
appreciated by these victims. Hurricane Florence has wreaked havoc in North
Carolina this month and the GLONJ along with the Scottish Rite have set up a
donation center to aid and assist those in need. The address is…

The Valley of Southern New Jersey
315 White Horse Pike, Collingswood NJ

We are and will continue to be a fraternal organization that focuses on
charitable giving as well as fellowship. My thoughts and prayers go out to all
who need our assistance. Hopefully these disasters subside and as history
shows Masonic organizations will be ready to help should any more occur.

I would like to welcome our eight new brothers from the recent one-day class.
We at Mozart our excited to have you and look forward to seeing you at Lodge.
Congratulations to our officers who displayed excellent ritual work that day.
Your hard work payed dividends.
